I had an encounter with the one in the hat last week. This was the first and hopefully the last time I will ever see it. The horrible vibe of evil was overpowering. There was nothing good about that thing at all. I was very scared.

May 1989 A very stressful time in my life and had not had a good nights rest in days. I just turned out the light I heard a noise, seen a tall dark bearded figure come through my door, into the kitchen area and back to me. I tried to scream breathing became difficult, there was pressure holding me down on my bed, the shadow came back knelt down towards me and took my hands into his. It was then the hands were the only part not in shadow and in a deep voice said, everything will be alright.

Yes, as soon as I confronted the one that visited me, after the initial shock of seeing it, it promptly retreated and has never come back. What I told it was that I was not going to fear it and that if it meant me harm it should prepare for a battle. If any of you are having a problem with recurring visits from these creatures, confront them and tell them that you are ready to battle with them if they mean you harm, take charge. They are not just malicious, apparently they are also cowardly.

Shadow People do exist. I saw one for about a week back in 1987-89 period. I could see him/them or it at the corner of my eye and it always looked like a hooded shadow of a person. I never saw any glowing eyes but I would see it move and it would stop and look right at me. But the kicker is that my dad was also seeing to which I didn’t know till about a year later. He had brought it up in a converation and my jaw just dropped. He said that he had yelled “Leave me alone” and they stopped. REAL!

piece of advise is one that you can ignore if you want it has to do with your parents fighting and if you feel i’m intruding just ignore it. try talking to them as an adult. negotiate with them. make them see that you have an opinion, if they get angry stop and try again later when they’ve calmed down, if they start treating you like a kid stand up straight and look them in the eye and make them See you. try to negotiate with them with realistic terms. remember in the end you are YOU

ok first you’re not crazy but i’m pretty sure you already knew that. the flooding could have been caused by them but since i’m not there i can’t tell. the feelings you felt were you picking up on the dark energies that make them up. you felt out of place because of them. that bush is one of them and you need to fight it. that may have been a sign in the tunnels or it may have been coincidence i’ll let you decide. it’s influence makes things worse like depression and you’re parants fighting.

i try to stop myself but my feet wont stop. i feel like somethings pushing me to keep walking but whenever i walk i see out of the corner of my eye, that creepy bush/person. and its scaring me like hell. i also recently went into the brea tunnels with my friends and saw these fake shadowpeople on the walls. idk maybe that was a sign :/ i feel like somethings taking over me. im almost depressed, my family is fighting, im home alone now. i feel singled out.

well i used to live in these apartments. It always felt out of place to be living there. We were the corner apartments,facing a wall. We ended up moving because GUESS WHAT a FLOOD…yes. our apartment flooded… like we were warded off. so yes, we moved to a different apartment in the complex, but i have to pass my old apartment area to go to the store i walk to a lot, and now theres a weird human sized tangled bush by the door taht looks like a SHADOW. everytime i go, i try to stop myself but

i have been looking into and from what i can tell they are the source of legends for creatures such as demons. they exist in the same reality as our souls but aren’t human. they don’t feed on negative energy because they actually ARE those energies in a sentient form. they usually make bad situations worse (depression, anger, ect.) they usually aren’t harmful but in extreme cases they have hurt people but these are rare. usually they just scare the daylights out of you if they do anything at all

I saw one come out of a mirror I was using and it tried to attack me though I was able to fend it off. I haven’t had any problems since then. I belong to paranormal group in my town and another member has had extensive experiences with them.
